How can the Academic Advising department help me?

The academic advising department helps students address their academic concerns. Academic advisors can help students navigate their online learning environment, select and register for courses, add/drop courses, process course withdrawal requests, and connect students to available resources. They also provide guidance pertaining to the submission of dispute forms, Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) appeals, and graduate school applications.

What is Mantra Health Hub and how can it help me?

Mantra Care Hub  offers students free access to real-time support and connection to mental health professionals who can provide tools and resources to overcome obstacles, build resiliency and more. 
 

Your free Mantra Care Hub benefits:

  • Therapy: Up to six free virtual sessions per year with licensed therapists.

  • Coaching: One-on-one support focused on emotional wellness or academic productivity.

  • Peer Mental Health Support: A 24/7 anonymous peer community, powered by Togetherall and moderated by professionals.

  • Self-Care: Short, self-guided wellness courses on stress, communication and mental health skills.

  • ConnectNow (Video and Phone): In-the-moment support from licensed professionals just a call away at 833.589.0141. Video support is available 12 p.m. – 12 a.m. ET daily, and phone is available 24/7 for crisis support. 

  • Basic Needs Support: Use Single Stop to connect with resources like food, housing and financial aid.
