If you have ever worked extra hard on a work or home project, it is likely because you take great pride in the work that you do. You don't necessarily do it for recognition by your employer or your family members, but because it makes you feel good. Nevertheless, as humans beings, we love being recognized for our efforts, and it's something we welcome and appreciate.

At SNHU, your hard work will not go unnoticed! If you know you have been doing well each term, you may have made the Honor Roll, Dean's List, or President's List. See below the eligibility requirements for these academic recognitions.

Honor Roll

​

The Honor Roll recognizes students with a term GPA of 3.5 or higher. You may also appear on the Dean's List or President's List if you meet additional criteria.

​

If you are taking one course during the term and earn an A- (3.67) or an A (4.0), you will qualify for the Honor Roll. If you complete two courses per term, you can make the Honor Roll if:

-You received two A's

You received two A-'s

-You receive an A and B+ 

-You received an A and B 

-You received an A- and B+

Dean's List

​

If you are a full-time student (note: you are a full-time student if you complete 2 courses in each term of a semester) and you have earned a minimum GPA of 3.500 to 3.699 in a semester (note: there are two terms in a semester), you will make the Dean's List.

President's List 

​

If you are a full-time student (note: you are a full-time student if you complete 2 courses in each term of a semester) and you have earned a minimum GPA of a 3.700 and above in a semester (note: there are two terms in a semester), you will make the President's List.

After each of the semesters listed below, check to see if you made the Dean's List or President's List: 

Spring semester - C-1 and C-2

Summer semester - C-3 and C-4

Fall semester - C-5 and C-6

​Please keep in mind that your academic recognitions can be included on your resume, LinkedIn profile, graduate school applications, and scholarship applications.
